Job Overview We are seeking energetic and personable Front Staff members to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations using OpenTable or similar booking systems Refill beverage orders, utilizing POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently, including beverage service with spirits knowledge Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with food preparation, bar tending, or kitchen support as needed during busy periods Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills Knowledge of wine, spirits, beverage service, and food safety standards Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding liquor laws and regulations Food industry experience including food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices Previous host/hostess or cashiering experience is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while developing your hospitality skills in a vibrant setting. Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
