Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bilingual Server (English/Spanish) to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our diverse guests. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied from the moment they arrive. Duties Greet guests warmly in both English and Spanish, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders Assist guests with menu selections, upselling specials and alcohol pairings to enhance their dining experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and timely service Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally in both languages Support food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures to uphold health regulations in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills in both languages Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments. Knowledge of POS systems. Experience with food handling, and sanitation standards is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and enhance sales through excellent guest service techniques Join our team where your bilingual skills will shine!
