Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Server, you will be the face of our dining experience—ensuring guests are welcomed warmly, orders are taken accurately, and meals are delivered with care and attention. This role is ideal for someone who values excellent service, teamwork, and takes pride in representing two strong culinary brands. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly and professionally Take and input food and drink orders using the POS system with accuracy Communicate knowledgeably about menu items, daily specials, and dietary accommodations Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Buss and reset tables; support cleanliness throughout the front-of-house Handle cash and card transactions correctly and responsibly Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate order fulfillment Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with food safety regulations Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Experience & Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Familiarity with food prep and basic math for transaction handling Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices Valid Illinois Food Handler Certificate required Team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure
