Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring prompt delivery Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage cash transactions accurately, process sales using POS systems, and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize table turnover Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially fine dining experience Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with POS transaction processing is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills Familiarity with wine knowledge, cocktail mixing, spirits experience, and food safety practices Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions; attention to detail is essential Experience in food industry roles such as serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or kitchen support is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences through energetic service, culinary knowledge, and a positive attitude.
