As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers receive top-notch service throughout their visit. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance customer experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Help maintain a positive atmosphere by working as part of a cohesive team. Qualifications Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation procedures is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members positively.
