Customers Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Host, Foodrunner and a Server to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment. Bartender Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and recipes
• Engage with customers, build rapport, and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquets or special events

Server Responsibilities:

Greeting customers upon arrival at the restaurant Providing excellent customer service during their dining experience Providing suggestions for food or drink choices to diners Taking feedback from diners Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners Carrying drinks and food from the kitchen or bar area to the tables Memorizing the food menu and wine list as well as any nightly specials Setting tables throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Illinois BASSET
• Illinois Food Manager/Runner certificate
• Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, mixology, and drink recipes
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in retail math calculations for accurate cash handling
• Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
• Excellent sales skills to upsell products and promote specials
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions; we do not offer unpaid internships.
