Your ability to manage multiple tables, upsell menu items, and deliver outstanding customer care will be key to your success. We value motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about the food and beverage industry. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages. Take accurate food and beverage orders (including phone orders) using POS systems. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and tip management. Upsell menu items such as wines, spirits, cocktails, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar areas, and service stations; bus tables promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service. Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to build guest relations. Good phone service communication abilities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities.
