Straightline Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance is looking for a hardworking and dependable Lawn Maintenance & Landscape Laborer to join our growing crew in Homer Glen, IL! This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll take pride in transforming and maintaining beautiful properties across the area. Responsibilities:
(Lawn Maintenance Laborer) Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Assist with shrub trimming Operate and maintain commercial lawn care equipment and hand tools Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies from company vehicles Follow crew leader instructions to complete jobs efficiently and to company standards Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites Ensure proper care and upkeep of all equipment after each use
Responsibilities:
(Landscape Laborer) Assist with landscape installation such as mulching, planting, and bed maintenance Assist with Shrub Trimming Assist with Installation of paver bricks Assist with Installation of retaining walls Assist with Installation of draintile Assist with Grading/sodding Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies from company vehicles
Requirements:
Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred Ability to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers Prior experience with paver brick and retaining wall installation Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation to and from the job site or meeting location Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well on a team Valid driver's license a plus but not required
Pay:
