In this role, you will deliver warm, attentive, high-end service, creating a welcoming and memorable event experiences for our members and guests through professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Professional Expectations

Professionalism:

Deliver courteous, composed service in a high-end event setting

Execution:

Follow BEOs, service timing, and event standards to ensure smooth functions

Member & Guest Recognition:

Provide attentive, personalized service while representing the club's standards

Financial Integrity:

Accurately follow charging procedures and event service guidelines

Support teammates in a fast-paced, coordinated environment

Reliability:

Maintain flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays Requirements

Experience:

Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred, with an understanding of elevated service standards and guest expectations

Service Knowledge:
