Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or banquet service is highly valued. Duties Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction Mix and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol serving regulations Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions as needed Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclub or bar settings Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours Requirements Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or retail math is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work night shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the venue's hours of operation Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions Experience working in hospitality environments such as nightclubs, catering events, or the food industry is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Join our team if you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your skills can shine.
