- Part-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our team our club's restaurant.
Food Runner/Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring that food is delivered promptly and accurately to our guests, enhancing their dining experience. This position supports the service team by ensuring food is delivered promptly and accurately, tables are kept clean and organized, and the dining room maintains a polished, welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas Refill water, assist with bread service, and support guest needs as directed Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Assist with event and banquet service as needed Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and commitment to guest service Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Why Work at The Grove Supportive team environment Opportunity to learn and grow within a private club setting Competitive pay Beautiful work environment and great community
