Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems JONAS Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation quality and guest satisfaction Process sales transactions accurately, including credit card payments via POS systems Upsell menu items like wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experiences Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, cocktail mixing, and beverage service to support kitchen and bar staff when needed Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or country club setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as JONAS enhances efficiency in order processing Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service is a strong asset Experience with customer service roles that involve guest relations and hospitality skills Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling sales transactions Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding member experiences!
