The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in our fine dining establishment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring all items are presented beautifully and meet our quality standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests from guests. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips. Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus but not required.
