Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders when required for guest convenience. Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including clearing trays and organizing supplies for smooth operations. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food handling procedures. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including serving, bussing, and basic food preparation. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing. Previous banquet or hotel experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in hospitality settings. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety protocols to ensure proper handling and sanitation practices. Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining a friendly, energetic demeanor.
