Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing and billing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and positively Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food industry operations including serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and basic math for cash handling and cashiering Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every guest!
