Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Chowbus Serve food and drinks promptly. Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation as needed Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food service and handling Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Support team members in maintaining a smooth flow during busy hours through effective time management Contribute to a positive dining atmosphere by demonstrating hospitality skills learned from restaurant or food industry experience Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with culinary techniques or kitchen support roles is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team Open availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us as a Server where your passion for hospitality meets endless opportunities for growth!
