Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests while effectively managing multiple tasks in a high-energy setting. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Process payments efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours. Assist with hosting duties when necessary, providing exceptional guest relations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS, or similar systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy atmosphere. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to understand menu items.
