Restaurant opens in Orland Park this November. We're hiring ten to twelve servers for the opening team. What you'll do: take care of your section from greeting to goodbye, learn a seafood menu well enough to guide guests through it, help guests choose their fish at the counter, enter orders accurately, run your own food when it's up, handle payment, and reset for the next table. What we're looking for: a year or more of serving experience preferred, but we'll train a strong host, busser, runner or counter person who's ready. You're genuinely warm with people, you can carry a tray, and you keep your head when every table needs something at once. Evening and weekend availability required. Bilingual Arabic or Spanish is a real advantage — many of our guests will speak both.
