Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining proper drink presentation standards. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Provide excellent guest relations through attentive service, addressing guest needs promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining experience is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous. Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Ability to process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly. Basic math skills for calculating bills and processing payments efficiently.
