Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing a friendly and professional first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for processing sales efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and handle diverse needs confidently Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards Join us to deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
