Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting menu items, showcasing your culinary and food industry knowledge Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing the guest experience Handle food safety and sanitation protocols diligently during food handling, preparation, and serving processes Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately at the end of each shift Support food preparation tasks when needed, including bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements efficiently Maintain guest relations by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in both fine dining settings and lively nightclub environments Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through strong time management skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience with guest services roles like host/hostess or bussing enhances your ability to excel in this position Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential for maintaining high-quality service Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management are required Proven ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing exceptional customer service Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality meets energetic teamwork!
