Key duties include menu recommendations, maintaining cleanliness, processing payments, and collaborating with kitchen staff, often requiring strong multitasking and communication skills in fast-paced environments.

Job Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities & Duties Customer Service:

Greet guests, take orders, and make recommendations.

Order Accuracy:

Input orders into POS system and communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen.

Service Delivery:

Deliver food and beverages, check on tables, and refill drinks.

Maintenance:

Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.

Financial Transactions:

Present checks, process payments, and provide accurate change.

Safety/Compliance:

Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements & Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations. Strong menu knowledge and ability to upsell items. Ability to lift/carry trays, food, and beverages. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay:

$9.00 per hour
