Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage table settings, bussing, and sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with reservations and seating arrangements using platforms like OpenTable to optimize guest flow Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining a positive guest relations approach Requirements Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Basic math skills for order entry, cash handling, and billing accuracy Experience with serving in high-energy environments such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants is desirable Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
