Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience to our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections Accurately input orders into the POS system (Aloha POS or Micros POS) Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience Assist with special events or private parties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of fine dining standards Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables at once Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations Experience in guest relations, hospitality, or as a host/host is beneficial Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team where your skills will be valued, and your contributions will enhance the overall dining experience for our guests.
