Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square POS , ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and operate cashiering systems with efficiency and integrity Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Experience in food handling, basic math for cash handling, and restaurant operations such as bussing or host/hostess roles is advantageous Join us to deliver outstanding service that creates memorable dining experiences!
