Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld in all food handling and serving areas Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations Build positive guest relations through attentive service, personalized recommendations, and resolving concerns promptly Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables seamlessly Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Prior host/hostess experience or serving background is a plus but not required Culinary or kitchen experience can be an added advantage for understanding food preparation processes Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
