As an Event Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience at our golf facility. Join our dynamic team as an Event Server, where your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will serve food and beverages with energy and professionalism at various events, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to the success of each event, whether it's a wedding, corporate gathering, or special celebration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the food service and hospitality industry while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery Assist with food handling, setup, and breakdown of buffet or serving stations Clear tables promptly and bus dishes to maintain a clean dining environment Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction Experience Must have open availability Previous Toast POS experience preferred Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred Culinary or banquet experience is a strong plus, demonstrating familiarity with food presentation and service techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & strong attention to detail Proven ability to deliver excellent guest relations and customer service in fast-paced settings Experience with food handling, serving, bussing, and supporting catering events is desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food preparation practices Restaurant experience or hotel background can be beneficial in understanding high standards of service Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this energetic role Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating unforgettable moments through exceptional service!
