THE ROLE

Being a server at Fireside means more than taking orders — it's about bringing personality to the table. This is an evenings and weekends role, working the shifts when Fireside is at its best. You'll help guests discover their new favorite burger, beer, or cocktail, keep the vibe fun, and work side by side with a team that's easy to laugh with and always has each other's backs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome guests with genuine hospitality Guide them through our menu of flavorful, creative dishes paired with craft beer and specialty cocktails Take pride in your space and help where it's needed — good service starts with good teamwork Hustle when it's busy — the personality doesn't clock out

COMPENSATION

Average earnings of $20+/hr

INDIANA ALCOHOL SERVER EMPLOYEE PERMIT

To comply with Indiana law, servers must be at least 18 and obtain an Indiana Alcohol Server Employee Permit upon hire.
