Duties Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally during banquets, receptions, and special events Set up banquet tables with appropriate tableware, glassware, linens, and decorations to create inviting dining atmospheres Assist with food presentation, portioning, and replenishment to ensure quality standards are met throughout the event Buss tables efficiently by clearing used dishes, glassware, and trash to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort Provide excellent guest service by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring a positive experience Handle beverage service including wine pouring, drink mixing, and maintaining bar areas when required Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for billing purposes and process payments as needed Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or catering environment preferred; hospitality or restaurant experience highly valued Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices Strong guest relations skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a busy setting Basic math skills for handling transactions and portioning food or drinks accurately Familiarity with wine knowledge, beverage service, and fine dining etiquette is a plus Experience with POS systems and drink service techniques is desirable Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Join us in delivering outstanding banquet experiences!
