The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills while working in a vibrant setting that values professionalism and guest satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and resetting tables for new guests Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback professionally Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth service flow Qualifications Previous experience in food service or dining restaurant environment preferred; Hibachi Grill experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests courteously and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed. Prior experience in serving, bussing, host/host roles, or hospitality is advantageous. This position provides an engaging work environment where team members can grow their hospitality expertise while delivering memorable dining experiences.
