The Ranch is looking for an upbeat, dependable Part-Time Server to join our front-of-house team! We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can keep up when things get busy, and understands that great service is more than just taking an order. We want servers who talk to their tables, make recommendations, help create repeat customers, and work together as a team. This is primarily a part-time position , with evening and weekend availability especially important. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service from start to finish Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into our POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly and check back with guests throughout their meal Learn our menu, weekly features, cocktails, coffee drinks, desserts, and promotions Make genuine recommendations and upsell drinks, appetizers, desserts, and featured items Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Bus and reset tables and help maintain a clean, organized dining area Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities Work together with servers, bartenders, baristas, hosts, and kitchen staff Help wherever needed during busy shifts Provide the kind of service that makes guests want to come back What We're Looking For Previous serving or restaurant experience is preferred Friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer service skills Dependable and able to show up ready to work Comfortable talking with guests and making menu recommendations Able to manage multiple tables and stay organized during busy periods Willing to help teammates instead of focusing only on your own section Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Must be able to stand and move throughout the shift and safely carry food and beverage trays We're looking for someone who wants to be part of the team, make great money through great service, and help us give our customers a reason to keep choosing The Ranch .
