Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Qualifications Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Culinary experience or background in food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations is a plus Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or supporting kitchen operations is advantageous Knowledge of the food industry standards for sanitation, food preparation, and guest services Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes a difference!
