Provide accurate estimates and schedule mobile service visits efficiently. Communicate service options, timelines, and costs clearly to customers. Manage service documentation and ensure timely follow-ups. Maintain a strong knowledge of Ford vehicles and service procedures to assist customers effectively. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. Requirements Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage appointments remotely. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with basic computer applications and service management software. Reliable transportation to travel within the local service area as needed.
