The role This is a front of house support position, host and server assistant, and it's where every member of our floor team begins. It's the foundation of the entire guest experience: water is always full, tables are always clean and correctly set, guests are greeted the moment they arrive, and the room runs so smoothly that the effort behind it stays invisible. It's also the on ramp. Our servers start here. This is where you learn the food, the wine, the room, and the standard we hold, so that when you move up, you've earned it. What you'll do Welcome every guest with genuine warmth from the moment they walk through the door Keep the dining room immaculate, tables set to standard, glassware polished, nothing chipped or out of place Run and deliver food with confidence, ready to describe any dish on the menu Keep water full and anticipate what the server and guest need before being asked Reset tables quickly and completely between seatings Work alongside the full front of house team to open and close the room What we're looking for While some restaurant experience is helpful, it's not necessary, we'll teach you the technical side. Pay:
$12/hr base + tips (estimated $22-30/hr total)
Schedule:
Full-time, 25-40 hours/week; evening and weekend availability required
