Job Description
The Server / Wait Staff role is a key front-of-house position responsible for creating a high-quality dining experience through warm, attentive, and professional service. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys engaging with guests, and understands that great service and a welcoming personality can transform the entire dining experience. We are seeking experienced servers with excellent customer service skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive table service throughout the dining experience Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations Accurately take and enter orders using the POS system Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Handle cash, credit cards, and POS transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service Assist with opening and closing duties, including side work and restocking Monitor guest needs and ensure a positive overall experience Uphold all sanitation, safety, alcohol service, and company policies Required Qualifications Previous serving experience required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service Must meet Indiana age requirements for alcohol service Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Skills Experience using Toast POS (preferred) ServSafe or Indiana alcohol service certification (preferred) Strong knowledge of food service and basic beverage pairing Why This Restaurant Is Different We believe great food should be served with intention, care, and genuine hospitality.
