Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or other industry-standard platforms Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine guest engagement Process cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash handling procedures and sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food handling and food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns with professionalism Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for processing sales efficiently Culinary experience or food industry background preferred; familiarity with food preparation and sanitation standards essential Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing bills confidently Beverage knowledge including spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or cashiering is highly valued Sunday's are required Must be 19 or older Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, culinary expertise, and genuine hospitality.
