Hospitality Associate - The Overlook at Zionsville National The Overlook at Zionsville National is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our hospitality team. Located at one of Zionsville National's newest destination, The Overlook offers guests a unique experience with great views, quality food, beverages, coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere. As a Hospitality Associate, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for every guest. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great service, and being part of a fun and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service Take food and beverage orders and accurately process transactions Prepare and serve coffee, snacks, food items, beer, and wine Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting guest area Restock supplies and assist with daily operations Answer guest questions and provide information about The Overlook and Zionsville National Help create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for customers

Qualifications:

Friendly and outgoing personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and dependable work ethic Must be 19+ to serve alcohol Previous hospitality, food service, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
