Position Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Server Assistants to support our dining staff in delivering outstanding service. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience by assisting with various tasks, including bussing tables, food running, and hosting duties. Your commitment to excellence and teamwork will ensure our guests enjoy every moment at the Club.

Key Responsibilities:

Busser Duties:

Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently. Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas. Assist in restocking supplies and preparing for service.

Food Runner Duties:

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area accurately and timely. Ensure that all orders are correct and meet our quality standards. Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations.

Host Duties:

Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and assist them with seating arrangements. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently. Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations as needed. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests as they enter and exit the Club.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure. Team-oriented attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
