Hourly + Tips (based on experience) Job Overview The Outpost is seeking three energetic and reliable Servers to join our team. We are a relaxed, high-traffic restaurant where guests come to enjoy traditional American food, beer, and cocktails in both our indoor dining area and outdoor beer garden. Our goal is to create a fun, welcoming environment where customers can unwind—and we're looking for team members who can help deliver that experience. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and drink orders accurately Enter orders into the POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section Monitor tables and ensure guests have everything they need Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff Assist team members during busy shifts Communicate effectively with management and coworkers Qualifications Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable and punctual Previous serving experience preferred but not required Work Environment Indoor dining and outdoor beer garden service Fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere Focus on providing a fun and relaxed guest experience Schedule Must have flexible availability, including weekends.
