Looking for Day and Night availability typical shift 1045am-3pm or 4pm to 930pm Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS \ Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with food handling, sanitation, and proper food safety procedures to maintain health standards Support bussing tables Requirements Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Knowledge of the food industry trends including culinary experience is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
