Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring seamless communication with kitchen staff Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure satisfaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in accordance with sanitation standards Requirements Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service or hospitality environments Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for cashiering purposes Culinary or food industry experience is a plus, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us to be part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
