Job Summary Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Pizza Restaurant Service Worker to support daily restaurant operations and provide a positive experience for customers. This role involves assisting with customer orders, pizza preparation, food packaging, service, cleaning, restocking, and maintaining efficient restaurant operations. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members. Assist with pizza preparation, topping, portioning, packaging, and order assembly. Prepare food items according to established recipes, procedures, and quality standards. Ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and prepared promptly. Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, preparation, and available options. Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer payments accurately. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked counters, preparation areas, and customer spaces. Restock ingredients, packaging, utensils, napkins, and other restaurant supplies. Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food and service supplies. Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain proper food presentation, portion control, and order accuracy. Communicate customer concerns, supply needs, or service issues to supervisors. Assist with cleaning dishes, equipment, preparation surfaces, and workstations. Support coworkers during busy service periods to maintain efficient operations. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant duties. Handle food, equipment, supplies, and customer property carefully and professionally. Perform other pizza restaurant and customer service duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous pizza restaurant, food service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment. Good attention to detail and order accuracy. Willingness to learn pizza preparation, food service, and restaurant procedures. Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety practices. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Comfortable standing, walking, and performing hands-on food service tasks. Ability to remain courteous and professional during busy service periods.
