Job Summary Wichita Brewing Co. & Pizzeria is seeking a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Pizza Restaurant Worker to support daily restaurant operations and provide a welcoming experience for guests. This role involves assisting with customer service, pizza and food preparation, order service, cleaning, restocking, and supporting both front-of-house and kitchen teams. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service. Take customer orders accurately and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members. Assist with pizza preparation, food preparation, portioning, and packaging. Prepare and serve pizza, food items, and beverages according to established procedures. Deliver completed orders promptly and courteously. Answer customer questions about menu items and restaurant offerings. Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer payments accurately when required. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces. Clear tables and help maintain a neat and welcoming guest environment. Restock ingredients, food supplies, packaging, utensils, napkins, and other restaurant items. Assist kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy service periods. Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures. Help maintain accurate order preparation and attractive food presentation. Communicate customer concerns, supply needs, or service issues to supervisors. Assist with cleaning dishes, equipment, workstations, and service areas as assigned. Support opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant duties. Handle food, equipment, supplies, and customer property carefully and professionally. Perform other pizza restaurant and food service duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous pizza restaurant, food service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to detail and order accuracy. Willingness to learn pizza preparation, food service, and restaurant procedures. Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety practices. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
