In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating memorable moments for our guests. Whether you're guiding guests through our menu or upselling specialty drinks, your positive attitude will help foster a lively, engaging atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in sales and tips Upsell menu items, including specialty drinks and desserts, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage service Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use OpenTable for reservations management to optimize seating flow and guest experience Demonstrate strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food preparation techniques Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience with cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits handling, and beverage service is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a lively energy Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in nightlife venues or nightclubs is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm fuels memorable experiences!
