JOB SUMMARY
The Noodle Bar Server enhances the guest experience by providing premiere guest service in a timely and friendly manner. The Noodle Bar Server initiates conversations with guests, anticipates guest's needs and seeks opportunity to build relationships and create a memorable interaction. Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficiently and accurately takes and delivers beverage orders in a timely and friendly manner. Handles cash and credit transactions associated with beverage sales, accurately and efficiently. Provides appropriate change to guests. Proactively seeks guest opportunities and anticipates guest's needs to create "magical moments." Interacts with guests in a friendly manner while taking orders, to include up-selling. Maintain product inventory and supplies including garnishes, glassware, ice, and miscellaneous service supplies throughout shift. Ensure the service area is properly set up at the beginning of the shift and close the service area at the end of the shift in accordance with Company standards. Ensure receipt of accurate payments, balance cash drawer during shift, and maintain security and accuracy of bank. To provide BIG Service to internal and external guests and ensure their complete satisfaction, inclusive of greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, anticipating and meeting guest needs and preferences, remaining calm and professional when dealing with guests that are difficult or upset.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or its equivalent. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment Must be 21 years of age or older. Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks. Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy. Ability to work a variety of shifts, this includes day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
