Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales and tips Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with food preparation, kitchen support, and food safety protocols as needed to ensure quality standards are met Experience Prefer serving experience, but not required. Experience taking orders, running food, using systems. Prefer bilingual or ability to speak/understand Spanish, but not required.
