Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, prep support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, cocktail options, and menu items based on guest preferences Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience in fine dining or casual settings is preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Food safety certification or willingness to obtain necessary sanitation training prior to start date Experience with food industry standards including food handling, sanitation practices, and guest relations Join us to deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
