Job Description
Hello! Grind Burger Kitchen is looking to add several new server staff before the spring season kicks off! Individuals that apply need to enjoy working in a fast paced, detail oriented environment. Both Part time and Full time positions are available. We have a great team of hardworking, fun and energetic folks who have a high standard for themselves and take pride in a job well done. We are open Tuesday - Sunday. Sunday availability is a must for consideration. Servers earn $3.13 an hour base and you should expect to average $18 to $30 in tips depending on skill set and shift availability. Physical Requirements Ability to walk and stand during an entire shift Must be able to lift 30 pounds Must be able to move quickly on foot Repetitive bending and squatting Must be able to use a step ladder
