SERVERS Over/Under Sports Bar | Downtown Paducah Over/Under is looking for energetic, dependable Servers to join our team! We're a locally owned sports bar in Downtown Paducah with a fast-paced atmosphere, great food, craft cocktails, 30 TVs, 14 beers on tap, and a whole lot going on. We're looking for people who can keep up with the pace while still making every guest feel welcome.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Friendly, outgoing personality Strong customer-service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable and dependable Great communication and teamwork Ability to multitask without losing attention to guests Comfortable working busy nights, weekends, and game days Previous serving experience preferred, but the right person can be trained

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide friendly, attentive service from greeting to goodbye Take accurate food and drink orders Know the menu and be able to make recommendations Keep your section clean, organized, and moving Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bartenders, hosts, and other servers Handle busy game days and packed dining rooms with a good attitude Create an experience that makes guests want to come back
