Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a warm atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations when appropriate Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, beverages, and cocktails efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process cash and card transactions accurately, including sales upselling to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist with food preparation, beverage service, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, and Jonas for reservations management Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation protocols in the food industry Experience with food handling, serving, bussing tables, host/hostess duties, cashiering, and guest relations Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values hospitality excellence!
